Low temperature pasteurization in partial vacuum, the products maintain their characteristics and quality.
The rotation makes the product flow freely throughout the pasteurization process, eliminating lumps and no moisture residue.
No cross-contamination
Completely natural and ecological method
Saturated dry steam is the most effective heat treatment for killing microorganisms such as bacteria, mold, yeast, spores, and viruses.
It does not wet the product, it is not necessary to dry it. It guarantees the same humidity of the product before and after the process.
