DRY SATURATED STEAM

  • Low temperature pasteurization in partial vacuum, the products maintain their characteristics and quality.

  • The rotation makes the product flow freely throughout the pasteurization process, eliminating lumps and no moisture residue.

  • No cross-contamination

  • Completely natural and ecological method

  • Saturated dry steam is the most effective heat treatment for killing microorganisms such as bacteria, mold, yeast, spores, and viruses.

  • It does not wet the product, it is not necessary to dry it. It guarantees the same humidity of the product before and after the process.
